This page sets out the terms of service for using the 88chips platform, including players' rights and responsibilities.
1. General Provisions
88chips ("the Platform", "we") provides online betting services for players in Myanmar, including football betting, live casino, slots, esports betting, and Sic Bo.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
2. User Eligibility
To use 88chips services, a player must meet the following requirements—
- Must be 21+ years of age.
- Must register an account using accurate personal information.
- Must not be subject to any self-exclusion or restriction related to problem gambling.
- Must not be a player from a country or region where these services are prohibited by law.
88chips reserves the right to immediately close any account found to have been opened fraudulently or with a false age declaration, and to freeze any remaining balance in that account.
3. Account Registration and Management
Each player may only open one account on 88chips. Multi-accounting — opening more than one account — is a violation under the relevant rules and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and account suspension.
- When registering, you must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and banking details.
- If we find that the information shown on an account is incorrect, we have the right to verify that information.
- Players are responsible for keeping their password secure. Do not share it or give it to anyone.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
At 88chips, you can deposit and withdraw using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a phone number or bank account registered in the player's own name.
- Depositing with a third party's funds is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals will be reviewed and verified. Large withdrawal amounts may require an identity check.
- You can only withdraw bonus winnings after completing the required wagering obligations for that bonus.
Bonuses and Promotions
5. Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at 88chips can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 520,000 Ks and you get a 500,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving you 1,020,000 Ks in your account. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.
- The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount — you must wager the bonus 15 times before you can withdraw any winnings.
- Each player can claim a welcome bonus only once per account.
- The welcome bonus must be claimed within 7 days of your deposit, and the wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days.
- If bonus abuse is detected, we reserve the right to void the bonus and any winnings earned from it.
6. VIP Levels and Cashback
The 88chips VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up based on their play history and their relationship with the platform.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Cashback will be credited to your account as bonus funds, and wagering requirements will still apply.
7. Refer a Friend
If you refer a friend to 88chips and they make their first deposit, you will receive 8% of that deposit amount as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per referral). You will also earn 0.1% of your friend's valid bets as a weekly commission.
This bonus is for genuine referrals only. Creating linked accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
8. Bonus Forfeiture
We reserve the right to void bonuses in the following situations—
- Incorrect information is found during account verification
- Wagering requirements are not completed within the set time period
- Policy-prohibited betting strategies (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse) are detected
- A breach of these terms and conditions is found
Responsible Gaming Limits
9. Prohibited Conduct
Players must not do any of the following on the 88chips platform—
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain unauthorized access to it
- Playing using bots or automated programs
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses
- Playing with the intent to launder money
- Depositing using another person's cards or funds
- Misusing the platform's name to attempt to deceive third parties
If any of these violations are found, we may suspend the account, freeze the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
10. Gaming Breaks and Self-Exclusion
If a player wishes to self-exclude, they can contact us via Live Chat or at [email protected] to request a suspension for 30 days, 90 days, or indefinitely.
- During the self-exclusion period, all bonus offers will stop being sent.
- Once the exclusion period ends, the player may request to reactivate their account, and we will verify and reopen it.
11. Unfortunate Technical Errors
If a technical glitch causes a bonus or winnings to be credited to an account incorrectly, we reserve the right to review and correct it. If the incorrect amount has already been withdrawn when discovered, it must be repaid and we may deduct that amount from the account.
12. Communication and Privacy
